Restauranteur Margarita Fores teams up with science writer Maria Isabel Garcia to explore the fascinating role of science in kitchens and in nutrition, through pasta – where it comes from, what it’s made of, and how cooking transforms the ingredients into something delicious.

Find out the science secrets behind food mysteries like the best way to handle garlic, make the best pesto sauce, why salt is added to pasta water, and many more!
